Before you ask

• Try to Google for an answer
• Try to find answers by referring to manuals
• Prepare your question: if you ask hasty questions you will get hasty answers
• Don't use capital letterS: that's similar to yelling for answers
• Know your topic
• Avoid the use of "Help..." and instant-messaging shortcuts such as "u" instead of "you"
• Spell, punctuate, and capitalize correctly
