Before you ask
- Try to Google for an answer
- Try to find answers by referring to manuals
- Prepare your question: if you ask hasty questions you will get hasty answers
- Don't use capital letterS: that's similar to yelling for answers
- Know your topic
- Avoid the use of "Help..." and instant-messaging shortcuts such as "u" instead of "you"
- Spell, punctuate, and capitalize correctly
