You can choose between direct job applications, or daily reports, you receive at a time of your choice. Every application has to include a valid URL to an online resume and a cover letter. Only screened and activated job applications are included in your applications report.

As an employer you may invite many users to your network after referring to their resumes. Once they become your contacts, they will be notified everytime you submit a new vacancy.

Once your vacancy is activated, you can view its profile: how many time viewed, last time viewed, status and the number of received job applications. You can deactivate, reactivate and delete your vacancy at anytime.
